Initial Consultation

Susanna will meet with you at your home to gain a full understanding of your property. Having a complete understanding of your property condition, including any property upgrades that have been made, as well as in-depth knowledge of the immediate neighborhood will form the basis for establishing the market value of your property and will allow Susanna to prepare a comprehensive marketing plan for your home sale.

During this initial consultation, Susanna will also inform you of any optional updates which could be made to maximize your sales value. This might include touch-up paint, minor repairs, etc.
