THERE IS NO ONE BETTER THAN SUSANNA. She is calm, knowledgeable, doesn't push you into anything, available, kind, super smart about real estate--- we trusted her absolutely -- and she delivered on that trust, finding us a townhome and helping us land it (with 27 offers on the table!). My husband and I cannot recommend Susanna more highly. She always went out of her way for us, was patient as we found our footing in the marketplace and helped us understand the different areas and what to look for. We were hesitant to work with a real estate agent we hadn't met and just found on Zillow - but Susanna is the prize. I am sure she is busy, but if you get the chance to have her as your agent you are the lucky one.

Choosing Susanna Nagy as your agent will be the best decision you make during your home purchase experience - I promise. I can't even begin to describe all the wonders she did for us to attain our dream home. My husband and I were first time home buyers. When looking for an agent, I was considering Susanna and another more "glam" real estate office. I emailed both to start a conversation and Susanna called me within the hour. I was impressed at how quickly she got back to me and how easy she was to talk to.

She was ready to jump right in! I sent her a list of homes we were interested in and scheduled a day of viewings that same week. We were looking for a home in the Studio City area, but we were a 1.5 hr drive away and my husband is always extremely busy with work. Susanna was extremely accommodating with our schedules - I can't stress this enough. I always felt like we took valuable time away from her on weekends, but she was always so sweet about it and gave us all the attention we needed to make sure we got what we were looking for. We never felt like a burden and she made us feel like we were her only clients.

During home viewings, Susanna was such an unexpected asset. I always thought agents just stood back while the client viewed the place, but she wanted to make sure we were looking at all the right and wrong things. As an architect, I thought I would know what problems to look out for, but she proved me wrong. There was one instance where we saw a spectacular historic home that we were eager to bid on, but right before we stepped out, Susanna mentioned that maybe I should try opening the windows. Historic home=old windows. I would not have thought to do this on my own. And guess what - we were only able to open 1 window in the entire house. All the other windows would not open. I can't imagine a scenario where we would've bought the house and had to go through the grueling job of having a historic window replacement approved by the city and then have to spend extra money on custom windows. It would have been bad. That just proved to me that Susanna wasn't just looking to make a quick buy - she wanted to make sure that we were 100% happy with the house and she continued to prove that during our 2 month search. And as first time buyers, we were learning throughout the process about how to handle the mortgage, how escrow works, and on and on. Susanna was always happy to answer all of our questions and explain any process we were not familiar with. Our future home showed up on Zillow on an early Saturday morning - we had a full day of viewings planned with Susanna that day.

We texted her to see if there was any way we could fit that house into the itinerary and somehow, she was able to get us in to see the house that day, which was not originally planned for viewings of the home! After seeing it, we knew we wanted to bid immediately. Susanna started paperwork as soon as we left and we submitted our offer that same day. Offer was accepted the next day, even though the property was slated to get more offers. She is honestly a magician. I don't know what we would've done without her. Thank you, Susanna!

We were so pleased with her from a buyer perspective that we decided to also give her our selling listing. Absolutely one of the best decisions we've made. Susanna walked us through the entire selling process. She walked our property before we listed and gave us professional recommendations for what to do. She helped decide how and if to stage. And she did an amazing job with marketing (pictures, videos, and virtual walkthroughs). Our house sold very quickly, and I attribute a lot of that to Susanna's hard work. We even had some difficult times during escrow and Susanna was right there with us making sure we got through it together. Let's start from the beginning...13 years ago, my husband and I were in escrow to purchase our first home. The entire process was terrible and we backed out of escrow. Fast forward to a few months ago and we were paired with Susanna . Every step of the way, she was incredible. My husband and I were *gently* starting to look at houses in May, wondering if it was a good time to upgrade with the great APR rates, etc. We wanted to look at a home and connected with Susanna via Zillow. We saw 3 houses on our first day with her, and we were very impressed. Even during COVID times, she was thorough and managed to do her job effortlessly while obeying the ever-changing guidelines. We had previously purchased a home about 3 years ago and were re-connected with that agent as well through our lender. We were splitting showings between the two, trying to navigate the "breakup" that would inevitably have to happen with one of them, and the comparison of the two agents was obvious. After working for weeks with previous realtors, by referral, I was just not getting anywhere.
