Susanna has represented us in two transactions now. The first time I encountered her was in 2014. Our property had languished on the market for a few years with other realtors with no results. Then we found Susanna! Her marketing time was brief and effective, and ultimately, she netted us a much better price than we thought possible. What a pleasant surprise! She is knowledgeable, kind, super patient and so easy to work with! She is also professional, yet unpretentious. And her associate Viktoria is also wonderful to work with. They make a great team! I must say that both transactions with Susanna were very positive experiences and I would not hesitate to recommend her or use her services again if the need arises.
