The Search Process

After your initial consultation with Susanna, and with your lender pre-approval in hand, you will have narrowed your search area to the price range and neighborhoods that best fit your needs.

Susanna will perform a complete review of all properties and forward you a comprehensive list of property candidates for your review. As a leading agent with an extensive Realtor and Developer network this list will often include “coming soon” and “off market” listings that are not yet in the MLS or on Zillow. Susanna will review the market daily for any new opportunities that meet your established criteria.

With Susanna’s help, you can select properties that interest you the most and Susanna will schedule appointments to tour them in person together. Susanna will personally accompany you on these home buying previews and will use her experience to highlight the strengths and weaknesses of each property.
