Any way to give higher than 5 stars, because that is what Susanna deserves! We have used Susanna as both a seller and buyer and firmly believe she is the very best! Her knowledge of the industry, the specific areas in which we were looking and her analysis of the market for our recent sale are all part of what makes her great! Susanna created amazing marketing materials for and information for the sale of our home, they were jaw-dropping! Susanna makes the selling and buying process as stress-free as possible, even in the crazy LA housing market. One of the upsides to just having sold our home with Susanna is that after relaxing in temp housing for a couple months, we will start working with Susanna again to find our next home!

Susanna is the agent you want—stop looking right now. She helped make the crazy process of buying a home in a crazy market make sense. Susanna looked out for me at every step. She teased out my goals and preferences by going to open houses (many of them) with me, and quickly knew exactly what I was looking for. Along the way, Susanna educated me about the basics and intricacies of what to look for when visiting properties; she advocated for me, aggressively, vis-à-vis the sellers; and she let me know (gently) when she thought that a property was or was not up to par against my preferences and budget. She was on top of needs I didn't even know I had in this process.

When we decided to make an offer, Susanna was careful and strategic. To put it bluntly, she got me a great deal on what is turning out to be a dream home (in a difficult market!). When our offer was accepted, Susanna called in a vetted and reliable crew of inspectors who looked out for my upcoming investment. Susanna knows her stuff and she was motivated to share her knowledge with me. She can navigate you through the market, and you will know the details of every turn she takes, because she will keep you informed.

Even if you’re knowledgeable and experienced, with sales or purchases under your belt already, you will benefit from her shrewd instinct to strategy--Susanna is smart and driven, and she knows how to be on your side. She is proactive and does not leave loose ends that can be tied up. I could not recommend someone more highly for such a weighty role. I would not even consider a different agent, if I ever come into another real-estate transaction in the future.

We absolutely recommend Susanna as an agent for anyone getting into the real estate market in and around LA. We were first-time home buyers and did not have much experience navigating the market. Susanna walked us through the process and took the time to explain what to expect at every step. As a trusted advisor, she was very proactive during our tours and made sure we understood what to look for and was objective in pointing out the pros and cons during each visit. At the same time, she gave us time and space to consider all the factors and decide for ourselves. I believe the role of an agent becomes more critical during the process of making an offer/negotiation and during escrow. We had to make some very critical decisions at every step of the escrow process to the point that it was getting overwhelming for us. Susanna was there with us, helping us at every stage, and despite her busy schedule, worked very hard to make sure all of our concerns were addressed/leverage her resources to keep the process moving.
